Black Anchor Publishing Group helps independent authors turn finished manuscripts into professional print and ebook files. Services are available individually or as coordinated publishing packages, from cover design and interior formatting through platform setup, file review, and ongoing title administration.
Every project begins with a brief inquiry describing the work, requested services, required formats, publishing platforms, and expected schedule. If the project appears to fit Black Anchor Publishing Group's services and availability, we will request the files needed for review before confirming a written quote.
Authors retain ownership, creative control, and responsibility for their work. Purchasing a service does not make a title a Black Anchor Publishing Group imprint release. Black Anchor Publishing Group names, logos, imprints, and ISBNs will not appear on client projects unless the title is separately accepted for publication under a written publishing agreement.

Black Anchor Publishing Group charges for preparation, platform knowledge, metadata decisions, upload work, preview review, and troubleshooting. Charges are not fees for access to KDP, IngramSpark, or another publishing platform. Authors retain ownership and control of their publishing accounts, royalties, rights, tax information, and banking information.

Package pricing assumes a standard, text-based manuscript and may be adjusted when a project requires complex formatting, extensive imagery, custom illustration, or additional formats and platforms.
Pricing and Project Terms
All listed prices are starting rates for standard projects using a clean, final, and fully edited manuscript.
Final pricing is determined after reviewing the manuscript, requested services, project complexity, required formats, target platforms, and production schedule.
Unless otherwise stated in the written estimate, standard custom projects include two reasonable revision rounds within the approved design or formatting direction.
New creative concepts, rewritten text, added chapters, extensive author changes, or changes requested after final approval may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Platform fees, ISBN purchases, proof copies, printing costs, shipping, advertising, premium stock images, custom artwork, specialty fonts, and other third-party expenses are paid by the client unless specifically included in the written estimate.
Black Anchor Publishing Group does not guarantee acceptance, availability, placement, sales, or continued listing by any retailer, distributor, or publishing platform. Platform decisions involving content, rights, metadata, account status, or policy compliance remain outside Black Anchor Publishing Group's control.
Authors remain responsible for confirming that they own or have permission to use all submitted text, photographs, illustrations, fonts, trademarks, and other project materials.
