Black Anchor Publishing is the adult publishing imprint of Black Anchor Publishing Group. It may publish dark fiction, historical horror, gothic work, speculative fiction, and other adult titles approved through the publication process.
Young adult and teen imprint
Black Wharf Press
Black Wharf Press serves teen-facing fiction, including adventure, suspense, historical fiction, speculative fiction, horror, and coming-of-age work written for older youth audiences.
This imprint keeps young adult and teen titles distinct from both the adult catalog and the children's catalog.
Children's imprint
Slip 9 Books
Slip 9 Books serves picture books, early readers, chapter books, and age-appropriate middle-grade work whose tone, presentation, and audience require a dedicated identity.
Production and publication standards remain aligned with Black Anchor Publishing Group.
Publication boundary
An imprint is not a service package.
Paying for cover design, formatting, EPUB production, setup, review, or administration does not place a book under any Black Anchor imprint. Imprint use requires separate written acceptance and a publishing agreement.
